The Theodora Studios is being surrounded by a pretty garden with colorful flowers. Mr. Dimitris, the owner, takes care of the garden himself.
The Theodora Studios consists of studios and one two bedroom apartment. The studios have the capacity to accommodate up to 2 or 3 guests in the same space in single beds or a double bed and a camp bed, while the apartment has two bedrooms. One bedroom has two single beds and the other has one double bed.
All studios have a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and utensils, air conditioning and a private bathroom with a shower. The furnished balconies of the studios overlook the garden .The bright, cheerful colours create a very hospitable space that combines comfort with the sense of a calm summer atmosphere.

Theodora Studios Cancellation Policy - 85% of the total amount
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival (May, June, September, Octomber), no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival (July, August), no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the whole stay will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
In case you will depart before the departure date you provided during your reservation, you are obliged under N.1652 / 1986 No. 8 to pay 50% of money for the days you will not stay at the hotel.
